The MC2 Center hosted two webinars in September 2023 to introduce the members of the MC2 Center Community to a new resource sharing workflow to enable storage, annotation and dissemination of consortia-generated resources.
During each of these webinars, MC2 Center members Orion Banks and Amy Heiser shared an overview and demos of how to:
- Organize and store resources using the Synapse data sharing platform
- Annotate resources using common models via the Data Curator Application
- Share resources through the Cancer Complexity Knowledge Portal
