flyer for ISB's Spatial Multi-Omics for Cancer Systems BiologyISB in collaboration with the NCI Cancer Systems Biology Consortium and MC2 Centers is hosting a free virtual workshop, “Spatial Multi-Omics for Cancer Systems Biology,” held on Monday, February 12 from 8:00 AM – 3:15 PM PT / 11:00 AM – 6:15 PM ET. This virtual workshop will consist of four sessions on topics including: experimental methods, computational algorithms, applications of spatial multi-omics, and a practical methods tutorial. The workshop will include the use of Jupyter notebooks and GitHub software to teach computational spatial multi-omics data analysis. The intended audience is graduate students, postdocs, principal investigators, industry scientists, and educators.
